About the position
As our Head of Supply Chain FP&A you will be a strategic finance leader who oversees a global team responsible for delivering critical financial insights, maintaining operational and financial discipline, and leading the regional month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, Supply Chain Leadership, and Global FP&A teams to drive key financial initiatives, shape strategic decisions, and lead transformational projects to optimize operational ways of working.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Finance team, fostering accountability, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive strategic financial support for Supply Chain by challenging assumptions, delivering insights, and owning global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes.
- Produce executive-level reporting (including the COO Executive Letter) and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Partner with Supply Chain leaders to deliver tools and insights for managing variances, improving forecasting, and enhancing decision-making.
- Lead key cross-functional initiatives to optimize reporting, planning, analysis, and external audit processes (including COGS reviews).
- Represent Supply Chain Finance within the global FP&A community, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous financial process improvements.
- Responsible for the Global Value Creation reporting.
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
You are a seasoned FP&A leader with 10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles, ideally within a global matrix environment. Fluent in English, you have a strong track record supporting senior stakeholders and leading diverse, international teams. Hands-on and self-motivated, you combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, proactive approach. You are highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in ERP systems, planning tools, and Business Intelligence platforms; FMCG experience is a plus. A critical thinker and commercially astute, you communicate effectively across all levels, build credibility quickly, and thrive in fast-paced, Private Equity-backed environments.
