  - Build, operate, and maintain software as infrastructure to support mission management and automation
  - Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation to support efficient development, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of systems
  - Assist in the integration of non-cloud-native applications into cloud-native environments. This includes containerizing legacy applications, orchestrating deployments using Kubernetes, writing Helm charts and ensuring seamless migration to and operation in cloud-native ecosystems
  - Engage and collaborate with external stakeholders to understand ongoing system requirements in order to maintain approvals to operate as well as compliance
  - Design and document infrastructure enhancements that enable growth and increased utilization of the infrastructure Requirements for your new career…
  - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
  - 12 years of experience in software development
  - Experience with containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher)
  - Experience scripting in Python (required), with additional experience in Bash or PowerShell, to streamline and automate routine tasks
  - Experience in developing and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  - Experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
  - Familiarity with tools such as ArgoCD, Flux, Rancher Fleet, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to automate and optimize the software development lifecycle (GitLab CI and Rancher Fleet preferred) Benefits of becoming a Visionist: Your New Career
