Qualitest is looking for a Business Analyst (Dynamics CRM) in the US to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.

CRM Implementation: Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on business requirements.

System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, perform system testing, and ensure the quality and functionality of the CRM solution.

Training and Support: Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of the CRM system across the organization.

Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance CRM functionality and processes to improve business operations.

Skills required:

• CRM Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including configuration, customization, and implementation experience.
• Business Analysis Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and convey technical information effectively.
• Project Management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work within project timelines.
• Technical Aptitude: Understanding of database concepts, data migration, and integration methodologies.
• Team Player: Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Works with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements for the IT organization; serving as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Define and document business, and non-functional requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders
• Translate high-level business requirements into specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications
• Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation
• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
• Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
• Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Dynamics; MS Office, MS Visio, PowerPoint
• Experience with Requirements Management solutions
