How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design and deliver technical training programs tailored to transformer engineering teams.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Develop blended learning experiences using digital tools, peer learning, and hands-on activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs.
  • Continuously improve training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Align learning initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of growth.
  • Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials and resources.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and transformer technologies.
  • Proven skills in instructional design and curriculum development.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual.
  • Ability to travel 10–25% as needed.
