Description
Children's Dental Center is seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to be part of our amazing team!
Our goal at Children's Dental Center is to provide a fun environment where children can have a positive dental experience while providing them top-quality dental care. We are seeking dependable, fun, hard-working, proactive team players to join our practice. If you are a compassionate, detail-oriented person, committed to excellent patient care who enjoys working with children, we would love to meet you!
Office Hours:
- Monday: 7am – 5pm
- Tuesday: 7am – 5pm
- Wednesday: 7am – 1:30pm
- Thursday: 7am – 5pm
- Friday: 7am – noon
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone.
- Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.
- Update necessary documents into patient chart.
- Schedule patients for dental treatment.
- Collect patient payments and post them to the patient ledger.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area.
- Additional duties as needed such as following up with patients, transferring records, and any other necessary tasks in our office.
Requirements
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting.
- Customer Service experience.
- Passion for delivering the best experience.
- Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented.
