- Full Time, Part Time, & PRN positions available
- Full-Time: 8:00am- 4:30pm
- Part-Time: 12:30pm-4:30pm
- Skill Nursing certified- Starting wage is between $21.06 and $24.97
- Uncertified- Starting wage is between $17.00 and $20.17
- Obtain a CNA Certification for Full Time status within 120 days of hire through Valley Senior Living.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Obtain a CNA Certification for Full Time status within 120 days of hire.
DESCRIPTION
As a Life Enrichment Assistant at Valley Senior Living, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to create meaningful social, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic experiences for our residents. We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with seniors and a heart for improving their quality of life. This role requires independence, creativity, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends. If you’re ready to bring joy and enrichment to others, we’d love to have you on our team!
FUNCTIONS
- Effectively organize time to plan and carry out activity programs in a timely fashion.
- Be sensitive to the daily needs of residents and treat them with respect and dignity.
- Provide visits and activities regularly to those residents who are unable or unwilling to participate in scheduled programs.
- Document all services provided to the residents.
- Motivate and recruit residents for program in an effective but nondiscriminatory fashion.
- Assist with care plans when needed.
- Assist residents with shopping needs and driving van.
- Assist in collecting data for Quality Assurance Program.
- Create a monthly calendar of scheduled activity programs based on identified needs and interest of residents.
- Assist with completion of forms and reports that are not considered essential functions.
