Business Analyst (Vendor Operations), Europe

We are looking for a  Regional Business Analyst to support our Vendor Operations team. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 9 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin, Germany (HQ). Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupying leading positions.

What you will do in this role:

• Perform complex data analyses, build visualizations, and identify process and product improvements

• Plan and execute high impact business analyses targeted at improving the vendor experience and performance

• Execute your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into data, to building a business case, aligning stakeholders, testing ideas, executing and measuring results

• Partner with operations, product/ engineering, commercial, and other teams to understand and solve vendor issues

Key requirements for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines

• 2 to 4 years experience as a data analyst in e-commerce, or other ‘fast-paced’, ‘high-growth’ industries

• Experience in analyzing very large, complex datasets is a must

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Data Visualisation Tools (such as Tableau) is a must 

• Strong problem solving skills - ability to breakdown a complex business problems, creating visualizations to summarize data

• Strong working knowledge/ understanding of project management, and process analysis/ improvement

• proficiency in any other scripting/ data analysis tools  will be a huge advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to professionally handle stress, and tight deadlines/ high expectations.
