Morning Server

The DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City is seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Morning Servers at the Riverfront Grill. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences during breakfast and lunch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Provide menu recommendations and respond to guest questions
• Process payments and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards
• Resolve guest concerns and accommodate special requests professionally

Qualifications

• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Availability to work early morning shifts
