You will contribute to the development of ITSM capabilities, automation components, and integrations that support large-scale operational environments. The position works closely with senior developers, architects, and business analysts in a collaborative, Agile-driven setup. You will be involved in translating requirements into functional technical implementations while ensuring alignment with platform standards and best practices. It is a hands-on development role that combines learning, execution, and continuous improvement. You will also support testing, documentation, and release activities to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
