Industrial Maintenance Technician (Food Manufacturing): Day Shift & No Weekends!

We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for FIRST SHIFT! Located on the East Side of Cleveland! Monday - Friday with NO WEEKENDS!

This first shift position (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) is located in our food manufacturing facility in Willoughby, Ohio. Our Plant is a one production line operation. This position will be responsible for installing, testing, calibrating, tuning, maintaining, and repairing all plant electrical, instrument, and control systems at the highest level of skill following training, plant procedures, and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggressively manage all breakdown maintenance repairs, demonstrating equal parts urgency, knowledge, safety, and technical skill.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring proper attention is given to maintaining equipment before breakdowns. Experience with a Maintenance Tracking System is a plus
• Perform highly diversified duties to repair and maintain miscellaneous mechanical systems, etc.
• Diagnose problems using troubleshooting skills, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective parts, and test and adjust automated production equipment.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on belts, piping, mixers, valves, bearings, mechanical seals, conveyors, and pumps.
• Install, test, and maintain control devices, pressure-sensing units, and flow-measuring devices.
• Strong Electrical skills, Basic welding, and fabrication are a huge plus.
