Interview process
Intro Call (30 min): Simply for us to get to know one another!
Take-Home Project: We believe take-home projects are the interview process most reflective of the day-to-day. Given our belief that someone's "slope" is more important than their "y-intercept", we used to make a different take-home project for every candidate based on what they didn't know. Now, we have a standard take-home project for each candidate.
Meet the team (~4 hours): This will consist of
Pair Programming (1 hour): Extending the take-home project.
Architecture (1 hour): Designing a new solution.
Lunch (1 hour): A meal eaten around the middle of the day [citation].
