About the role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic objectives to grow sales and achieve revenue, cash flow, and margin objectives
- Understand customer needs, market dynamics, fluid scope requirements, and refine the sales approach to create earned value through cost and schedule certainty to exceed customer expectations
- Lead teams to identify and communicate with the right key person who is an actual decision maker in customer organization.
- Help manage successful scope reviews, contracts, proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiations
- Develop strong customer relationships, at the executive level, to drive meaningful engagement, built on trust, competence, and loyalty
- Frequent visit to clients to update project status, check their satisfaction level, and gaining helpful information
- Maintain good relationships with customers to not only grow the business, but to understand its concerns/problems, so that we can propose new services, which will be developed in future.
- Direct the entire sales process from project selection to commercial execution and value creation
- Handling issues upon delivery collaborating with other teams.
- Improve the sales process periodically to efficiently develop new customers.
- Manage Organizational Structure: develop and acquire top talent, provide high quality coaching to improve individual and team sales capabilities
- Motivate team members to achieve its objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to proactively manage an extensive project pipeline, monitor bid activity, optimize forecasting, and improve conversion rates
- Work closely with our Marketing, Inside Sales, and Customer Success team
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years' relevant working experience in a senior sales management position
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term goals while tactically reacting quickly to changing market conditions and company situations.
- Demonstrate CADDi Core Values
- Travel Requirements: 50%+ of the time and critical to the success of the position
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in mechanical engineering
- Experience in project management
- A proven history leading a large team to meet business objectives; deep understanding of account prioritization and solving client needs
- Possess a technical aptitude and comfort in understanding blueprints and technical/quality specifications and a deep familiarity with manufacturing
- Understanding of logistics operation (export, import)
- Financial acumen, integrity, strong team player, exceptional work ethic, and sound decision making
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Slack, Salesforce, Jira experience
- Experience in building a global team, working with a global team
