$750 SIGN ON BONUS

Job Responsibilities

· Provide bedside care to patients including personal hygiene maintenance

· Record the patients’ vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate)

· Collect patient’s health information

· Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians

· Give oral medications and injections to patients

· Prescription Refills

· Assist providers in minor surgical procedures

· Urinary catheter insertion and care

· Urodynamics and Post Void Residuals if applicable – after being trained

· Blood Draws

· Patient Teaching/Counseling from the direction of physician

· Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patient’s medical records

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

· High School graduate or equivalent

· Current LPN License

· Medical Terminology (preferred, but not necessary)

· BCLS/ACLS

· Annual Required in-services and training.

· Infection control certificate

· PPD Annual Test

· Annual Influenza Vaccine
