Grow here. </em></strong><em> </em></p><p>At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Senior Corporate Real Estate Project Manager to join us at our Dublin office.</p><p><strong><em>Here’s what you’ll do: </em></strong></p><p>Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;</p><p>Have at least 8 years' experience of client-side project management or similar roles and have an interest in Commercial Real Estate.</p><p><strong>Capabilities </strong></p><ul><li>Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering initiatives and internal projects on time and within budget, along with a deep understanding of how projects  are delivered. </li><li>Ability to monitor the development and implementation of design guidelines to improve process management and expedite design timeframes during projects. </li><li>Expertise in process optimization and creating clear, efficient road maps. </li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the team</li></ul><p><strong>Competencies </strong></p><ul><li>Project management: Proficiency in managing complex projects with tight deadlines and budgets. </li><li>Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term plans to achieve project and team goals. </li><li>Process improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing  solutions. </li><li>Collaboration: Skilled at fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders, even if it requires significant time. </li><li>Change management: Ability to drive and manage change within the team and organization. </li><li>Flexible, open to working hours that are flexible, and can change based on Global Needs. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? </strong></p><p><em>Here’s what we’re looking for: </em></p><p>As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within corporate real estate markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.</p><ol><li>Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related</li><li>In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA  / EI</li><li>APM affiliation is a benefit</li></ol><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Interested in the role or curious about life at AECOM?
