The Director of Development and Community Impact will play a pivotal role in creating a legacy of giving, education, and innovation for the only community-owned health system in Volusia County. This role blends strategic fundraising, donor engagement, event execution, and community storytelling to drive philanthropic support for technology, education, and workforce development.
The position will help manage a dynamic portfolio of 300+ donors, collaborate with board members and volunteers, and bring to life events that connect our mission to the hearts of donors. The position will also play a key role in daily operations and the internal financial stewardship of donations, working cross-functionally with marketing, service lines, and leadership to create campaigns that inspire action and generosity.
