About The Career:

• The EHR Quality Programs Coordinator coordinates, develops and maintains programs for MRH and outpatient areas. This person advises various committees on all PI efforts for planning and develops and monitors the implementation and compliance of PI at the hospital and related facilities. EHR Quality Programs Coordinator works with the appropriate departments to plan for data acquisition, analysis, strategic planning and quality reporting requirements..

All About You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of healthcare experience in clinical informatics, IT and/or quality roles would be considered in lieu a bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare organization, including demonstrated leadership.
• Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, compliance, privacy/security, and human resource procedures and regulations a must.
• Experience and working knowledge of current CMS quality data programs.
• Must be able to understand the software build structure; knowledge of dictionary builds helpful.
• Clinical Experience Preferred
