Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks an Associate Content Lifecycle Manager in San Mateo, CA to work with external partners to maximize the commercial success of content on the online store. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital content releases for a digital game and entertainment company. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience utilizing MicroStrategy to evaluate the success of new releases and pre-orders and the performance of post-launch promotions; building strategic plans to achieve financial and sales targets and setting best practices for new releases and post-launch promotions to maximize digital revenue; providing performance reviews on key releases and activities with MicroStrategy; utilizing publishing tools to report errors and resolve software issues; building forecasts for new content releases, in-game events and price promotions, and identifying sales trends and missed opportunities with MicroStrategy; maintaining relationships with third-party game publishers and following an end-to-end content release process; and running reports on MicroStrategy to track user engagement and behaviors. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
