In this vital role, you will oversee the Client Access team, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and drive continuous improvement in staff development and process enhancement. You’ll collaborate with team members to create solutions that elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Client Access team and support staff development to ensure high performance.
• Manage the accuracy of timecards and time off requests for direct reports.
• Coach staff and leads to improve workflow, processes, and individual performance.
• Collaborate with department leaders for ongoing training and development of Client Access Representatives.
• Conduct yearly evaluations for team members and provide actionable feedback.
• Participate in the creation of new processes to enhance team effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and disseminate relevant information regarding updates, training opportunities, and daily tasks.
• Conduct onsite observations and ensure team engagement and availability.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred at least 2 years of previous management experience.
• Preferred previous customer service experience
