Essential Functions
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
• Participate in weekly educational sessions with subject matter experts
• Engage in operational meetings to observe population health principles in action
• Shadow healthcare professionals in various settings (street medicine, refugee health, post-acute care)
• Complete assigned self-directed learning modules through Jefferson's educational platforms
• Analyze health data and quality metrics using various dashboard tools
• Explore social determinants of health through community outreach experiences
• Develop and present a capstone project addressing a population health challenge

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Includes High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (Specify field). Also includes Schools like Medical Assistant, etc. NO listings like Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
