Job Description
As our Head of Corporate Marketing, you will work with both Razorfish and Publicis Digital Experience U.S. executives to architect and mobilize a results-oriented marketing strategy and oversee a team representing the capabilities of a full marketing ecosystem.
You will also partner closely with discipline and account leads to create a cohesive narrative that connects client needs to Razorfish capabilities. You will collaborate closely with Growth , Analyst Relations, and Marketing/Comms teams within Razorfish and across the other Publicis Digital Experience U.S. agencies.
The successful candidate will be able to solidify Razorfish’s position in the market, evangelizing the brand’s story in ways that spur client investment in emerging spaces and Razorfish’s innovative capabilities.
Primary Objectives
- Conceptualize, build, and manage the execution of a holistic strategic marketing plan to promote external positioning for Razorfish, including:
- Razorfish.com, social media, CRM, events, media amplification
- Thought leadership planning
- Executive and leadership speaking opportunities
- Internal executive presentations
- Lead development and knowledge management of agency credential, Thought Leadership, and case study materials
- Create awareness and generate leads for Razorfish capabilities
- Build an external profile for key Razorfish executives
- Manage and evolve a marketing activation calendar view of activities across channels – thought leadership, awards, events, press, etc.
- Develop and execute a roadmap to evolve marketing capabilities
- Thought leadership and content creation
- Content publishing, distribution and amplificationRazorfish.com, CRM and social channels
- Manage annual marketing budgets and ROI
- Supervise external and internal communications to further marketing objectives and priorities
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of marketing and communication practitioners
Qualifications
- 15+ years of primarily B2B marketing experience within an advertising agency or professional services organization
- In-depth understanding of digital agency services and the sales-cycle of key capabilities—commerce, performance media, social and innovation
- A master storyteller who can translate a brand story and capabilities into a resonant marketing plan
- Adept at working with multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
- Ability to lead by influence and mobilize cross-functional stakeholder participation and content creation
- Proven and inspirational leader for direct reports, as well as key collaborators
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect dots; highly organized and calm under pressure
- Executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to secure budget, demonstrate ROI, and manage pacing
- Ability to build and manage a marketing capability with a can-do start-up mentality
