Athena is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Market Research to join our team and drive our market research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of survey-based polling, audience targeting, brand positioning, panel and market research, message testing, dial testing and consumer insights. They will be responsible for, conducting research studies, and delivering insights that inform business decisions.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of internal and external market research projects end-to-end, including survey questionnaire development, programming and setup, fielding monitoring, and report generation/analysis
• Prepare and provide subject matter expertise and present market research findings to prospects and clients, as well as consultative support on internal and external calls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key research objectives and develop research plans to address those objectives
• Manage the design, execution, and analysis of research studies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with research vendors and partners, ensuring that they meet the company's quality standards
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
• Present research findings to stakeholders across the organization, communicating insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve research methods and approaches
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external projects, ensuring key project milestones are met on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• At least 4-5 years of experience in market research, with a focus on survey-based polling, audience targeting, brand positioning, panel research, message testing, dial testing, and consumer insights
• Strong experience in market research, with a deep understanding of research methodologies and techniques
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets
• Experience managing research projects from start to finish, including vendor management and project timelines and budgets
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of research professionals
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate research findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
