Finance Intern

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Finance team this summer. The primary focus of this role will be to work with various Finance sub-teams—including Accounting, Reporting, and Budgeting—on real-time business activities. In addition to this flagship focus, you will lead a high-impact project at the intersection of finance and accounting. You’ll support a variety of initiatives and contribute to projects as well. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on financial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly budgets; track departmental expenditures and analyze variances between actual and forecasted spend.
• Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow) and help compile data for executive-level reporting packages.
• Data Integrity: Perform routine data entry and maintenance in accounting systems, ensuring accuracy in ledger entries and financial record-keeping.
• Reconciliations: Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of the company’s general ledger and support month-end closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
• Technical Savvy: Strong technical aptitude and the ability to master new software and financial tools quickly.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Work Style: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and with teams.

• Location: Brookhaven, GA 
• Duration: Summer 2026 internship program.
• Compensation: $22/hour.
• Travel: Must be able to travel to Atlanta in July 2026 to present the simulation and training. Additional travel may be required to visit operational sites and gain a first-hand understanding of sales operations.
