Physical Therapist – Home Care – Full Time Days

                                                                               

At NewYork-Presbyterian, our Physical Therapists use advanced technology and best-practice techniques to restore and maximize patient mobility. We provide one-on-one therapies that are tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients.  The therapist assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within their capabilities.

Provide high-quality care as you communicate with physicians, referring providers, multidisciplinary staff and administrative personnel.

This is a full- time opportunity that covers Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays. This position is at NYP/Westchester, Home Care of Westchester, a certified home health agency.

Preferred Criteria 

• Previous certified home health care experience
• At least two years’ experience as a staff Physical Therapist under qualified supervision

 Required Criteria

• Bachelors, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from an accredited program in physical therapy
• Current NYS PT licensure
• Accountability Patient Services Supervisor-Home Care/ Rehab Department.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

$57.25-$67.95/Hourly
