Position Purpose: Coordinate and manage a pathway to care for clients referred to, or seeking Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Esketamine or VNS services. Provide oversight to ANT medical staff and technicians to ensure a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic treatment setting. Treat patients with understanding, empathy, and compassion. Participate as a team member in the delivery of treatment services to ensure patient progress towards individual treatment goals.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies, or other related field, or equivalent experience and training.

• Experience in a behavioral health or medical setting, preferably with exposure to TMS, Esketamine or VNS therapies. 

• Experience coordinating care or leading clinical teams is preferred

• Strong understanding of neurotherapies treatment protocols and client care pathways

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to accurately complete required documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

• CPR/First Aid Certification required or obtainable upon hire

• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

1. Work hours assigned and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. 

2. Provide comprehensive consultation, assessment, education, chart review, and case management services for new and existing ANT clients.

3. Coordinate and manage the scheduling of client assessments and treatment sessions, ensuring alignment with provider availability and clinical needs.

4. Understand and relay basic insurance coverage information to patients and their families, potential financial obligation and expected payment plan.

5. Act as a liaison between payer sources and patients to ensure reimbursement for ANT services.

6. Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients to promote trust, comfort, and confidence in the treatment process. 

7. Effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, therapists and family members to support coordinated care and monitor client progress. 

8. Demonstrate clinical competency in administering ANT services (TMS, Spravato, VNS) when needed. 

9. Represent the ANT program in community outreach and educational events, delivering presentations as required. 

10. Oversee the training and competency development of ANT medical support staff to ensure safe and effective delivery of treatments. 

11. Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings and required trainings as assigned.

12. Provide regular updates on treatment progress and outcomes to referring providers.

13. Understand and comply with the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. 

14. Serve as a role model for other staff, patients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.

15. Assume any additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Schedule

• Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
• Shift: 1st shift

Compensation & Rewards

• Base Pay:
  • Starting at $43,908.80/year (pay is based on education, experience, and credentials)

• Work Location: Onsite

  • Rosecrance Rockford East - Rockford, IL
