Salary:  $120,000+

Job Summary

Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Senior Campus Executive Chef to lead and elevate the dining and catering programs on the prestigious campus of Baylor University.

This is a top-tier culinary leadership role within a large, complex, high-volume campus dining program ($38M managed volume). Your Impact

You won’t just oversee kitchens — you’ll shape them.

• Lead three residential dining halls, national brand concepts, athletics dining, and a robust catering program

• Serve as a hands-on mentor and culinary coach to chefs, cooks, and emerging talent

• Build strong kitchen cultures centered on accountability, creativity, and excellence

• Drive menu innovation, financial performance, and modern foodservice strategy

• Partner with campus leadership to elevate the overall dining experience

 

This role is ideal for a Culinary talent training leader — someone passionate about developing people as much as developing innovative menus.

• 5+ years of progressive culinary management experience ($20M+ volume)

• Strong financial acumen (menu planning, forecasting, inventory control)
