Odoo Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to take a key role in the implementation of our ERP system. You will be responsible for driving the functional track end-to-end — engaging with stakeholders, modeling processes, structuring business requirements, designing workflows, defining specifications, testing, and coordination with technical teams to ensure a high-quality result. This position demands a confident professional who can independently bridge the gap between business needs and system execution.

Key Responsibilities:

●       Lead the functional delivery of ERP implementation.

●       Analyze business needs from internal stakeholders and structure them into clear functional requirements and specifications.

●       Prepare process documentation, functional specs, and user stories for development and testing.

●       Facilitate effective communication between business units and technical team.

●       Configure and manage Odoo modules, structure master data, and define access rights.

●       Design complex workflows and approval processes using BPMN or similar tools.

●       Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business goals, including hands-on testing.

●       Coordinate with external implementation teams and validate solution quality.

●       Contribute to integration design with third-party tools and services.

●       Manage post-go-live system improvements and internal requests for enhancements, new features, or process optimizations.

●       Deliver user training with clear instructions in video or text format.

Requirements:

●       Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.

●       Strong understanding of business processes, HR, Payroll, and Accounting modules within Odoo.

●       Hands-on experience gathering requirements and writing user stories and functional specs.

●       Proven ability to structure and document business processes and data flows.

●       Proficiency in process modeling using BPMN or equivalent tools.

●       Experience preparing detailed documentation, functional specs, and test scenarios.

●       Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work across teams.

●       Experience working with implementation teams and overseeing functional delivery.

●       Python knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
