Ideal Candidate

• Deep understanding of Agile principles, practices, and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PMI, Waterfall).
• Strong supervision and leadership skills are required to lead our team of software developers.
• While relevant certifications are preferred, we value experience and skills.
• Continuous learner, takes initiative, and understands what it takes to get outstanding customer satisfaction
• Adaptable with the ability to work well under pressure and changing priorities.
• Dependable, with a personal commitment to quality and professionalism at all times.
