<p><span>To support our department Product &amp; Marketing Management in Munich,<span><strong> </strong></span>we are currently offering a position as</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>(Senior) Product Manager Trauma EMEA (f/m/d)</strong></span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Your Tasks</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>You conduct market analyses and research with a strong focus on trauma surgery and orthopaedic innovations, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of cutting-edge developments in the field</span></li> <li><span>Furthermore you develop marketing materials specifically tailored to surgical solutions, supporting brand positioning and customer education</span></li> <li><span>Plan, organize, and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and awareness within the orthopaedic sectors, ensuring effective budget allocation and optimal resource distribution.</span></li> <li><span>Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop business plans for new and expanded product lines, advising on pricing strategies and quality enhancements to improve service levels and product availability</span></li> <li><span>You strengthen the company’s sales-oriented public image by engaging with orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders, through customer visits, trade fairs, and professional events</span></li> <li><span>Partner with OEMs and medical device manufacturers to monitor, optimize, and advance established solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving clinical needs</span></li> <li><span>Regularly accompany surgical procedures and training courses on human specimens are also part of your role, identifying partnership opportunities with third-party manufacturers to expand the company's portfolio</span></li> </ul> <p><span> <span><strong>Your Profile</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span>You have successfully completed a degree in human medicine or biomedical engineering with focus on orthopaedics and trauma surgery</span></li> <li><span>Alternatively, a qualification in economics or business administration with strong experience in orthopaedics and trauma surgery is also suitable</span></li> <li><span>In addition you have prior experience in product management, strategic marketing, or product development, with a focus on orthopaedic devices, or surgical solutions</span></li> <li><span>A proactive, strategic mindset and a deep understanding of orthopaedic market dynamics</span></li> <li><span>You are equipped with strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, and industry experts</span></li> <li><span>A structured, independent work style with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork is equally important to you</span></li> <li><span>Finally you are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken alongside extensive experience with MS Office programs, SAP, and CRM systems</span></li> </ul>
