Sales Consultant (Pipeline)

**Hourly Wage Range:** Starting at $13.00 per hour, plus commissions (actual pay will vary by State and store location).

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist patients/customers, identifying their needs for an easy experience.
- Help customers choose eyewear based on budget and eye care needs.
- Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints effectively.
- Achieve sales goals while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties, customer repairs, and lab responsibilities.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and maintain brand standards.

**Qualifications:**
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail setting exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Passion for exceptional customer care and schedule flexibility.
