- Minimum 10+ years of experience as IT Business analyst

- Should have working experience in Payments. – Mandatory (Domestic as well as Cross Border)

- Swift

- ISO 20022

- Pacs008, Pacs009 etc

- MT 103, MT 202 etc

- Prior experience working in Capital Markets and Financial Services

- Experience with all phases of the SDLC.

- Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders groups.

- Gathering business requirements and writing functional specification documents

- Data mapping skills, Gap/Comparative analysis, Report analysis

- Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-starter and ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

Masters or Bachelors
