Role Summary

Overall management and deployment of multiple internal processes in support of the revenue and approvals required to manage Revenue Share partners contracts, Joint venture agreements, and other strategic partnerships. This includes providing strategic direction for the preparation of proposals/bids, facilitating commercial risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with approval requirements and contract negotiation.  More specifically, you will:

  • Provide strategic direction to team of Contract Managers, Partner Managers, and Business operations team to ensure business sound proposals, properly executed proposal strategies and partnership agreements.

  • Partner with strategic partnerships team to negotiate with suppliers and partners and drive competitive pricing and ensure deals deliver shareholder value.

  • Cover or fill in for Strategic Partnerships business managers or directors as required to support team objectives

  • Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth

  • Serves as a key stakeholder in proposal deal reviews.

  • Be responsible for the alignment to the Business's targets (desired revenue growth, margin growth and value of growth).

  • Utilize Lean principles and methodologies to improve proposal process

  • Demonstrate financial acumen to evaluate and secure  major restructure activity.

  • Provide technical analysis and system design to fit client needs for products and services

  • Facilitate the approval process with relevant engine lines

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Services, or Product Management

The required location for this position is West Chester, Ohio. Per local guidance, hybrid is defined as 3 days in the office per week with 2 flexible work from home days.  Note, up to 10% travel is required annually to support business needs.
