Your Key Responsibilities 

• Lead Savory Projects: Drive the development and execution of savory projects alongside key stakeholders, including Applications, Analytical Group, Commercial Team, Business Segment Leaders, and the Global Savory Network. Let's make magic happen together!
• Engage with Clients: Lead work sessions and represent the Savory team in client-facing meetings. Your charisma and expertise will win hearts and taste buds!
• Create Winning Flavors: Execute briefs to create high-quality, winning flavors that meet profit objectives. Adhere to good creative practices and let your culinary creativity shine!
• Innovate and Improve: Identify capability improvements and collaborate with the Global Savory Innovation and Flavorists to find potential solutions. Be the catalyst for continuous improvement!
• Support E Creation Program: Work with d-lab® members to develop and deploy new tools. Be a digital ambassador for Savory and embrace the future of flavor creation!
• Global Collaboration: Participate in the global Flavor Creation community and provide your expertise to regional customer teams. Share your knowledge and learn from the best!
• Deploy Savory Innovations: Be at the forefront of deploying groundbreaking Savory innovations. Your contributions will shape the future of flavors!
• Train the Next Generation: Contribute to the Flavorist training program strategy. Mentor and develop the next wave of flavorist talent in the Savory area.
