As a Financial Analyst supporting Molecular Imaging Product Lifecycle Management (MI PLM), you will be responsible for cost center planning and controlling, ensuring data transparency, collaborating with colleagues on various operational topics, and driving process improvement, digitalization, and automation. The position will report to the Head of Finance PLM, Molecular Imaging.


You are responsible for:

  • Planning and controlling cost centers, including analyzing variances, forecasting, calculating labor rates, reporting absorption, and troubleshooting discrepancies

  • Supporting data transparency by monitoring, tracking, and reporting costs and other KPIs for collaboration projects, transfer pricing, productivity updates

  • Assisting with monthly closing activities

  • Preparing standard and ad hoc financial reports to deliver accurate and meaningful financial insights

  • Driving digitalization and process automation while contributing to overall process optimization

  • Updating and maintaining the PLM Financial Dashboard and SharePoint

  • Learning and applying data analysis, workflow, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Committing to continuous personal and professional development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, cost controlling, or business operations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) preferred

  • Familiarity with cost center management, forecasting, and KPI tracking

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across functions

  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and interest in digitalization/automation

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $64,500 - Max $96,700

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
