Manufacturing Coordinator, Shipping

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Shipping Department.  They will also serve as a backup to the Shipping Export Coordinator as needed. 

 

Your Opportunity: 

• Complete forwarding orders. 
• Time management tasks, including time approval, vacation tracking/entry/changes, overtime posting and reporting for hourly production employees. 
• Print and manage furnace run sheets from 3rd party. 
• CSV file creation and upload to customer portal. 
• Enter tracking information into delivery notes. 
• Schedule domestic shipments. 
• Print and manage toll processing orders from 3rd party. 
• Punch incoming material from 3rd party into Shopvue. 
• Documentation management and filing. 
• Enter blanket purchase requisitions for freight forwarders and approve invoices. 
• Train and perform back-up duties for Shipping Export Coordinator. 
• Additional responsibilities as required to support department and business needs.
