$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join our team and receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments over your first 3 months of employment:

• $1,000 after 30 days of employment
• $1,000 after 60 days of employment
• $1,000 after 90 days of employment

Bonus is subject to successful completion of each employment period and compliance with company policies.

Lithia Ford of Fresno is looking for a Lube Technician to join our busy and growing service team. If you’re dependable, motivated, and looking to start or grow your career in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Rotate tires and inspect tire condition
• Check and top off fluids
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure quality service

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 1 year of lube technician or automotive service experience required
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety procedures and dealership standards
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude
