Sales Manager

<p>We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Manager, who has previous experience in publishing or newspaper production industry, as well as in software development. An ideal candidate should have a proficient level of English and be willing to travel across Europe. </p><p>Responsibilities </p><p>• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the publishing sector. </p><p>• Hunter mode: focusing only on new clients. </p><p>• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients. </p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions for clients. </p><p>• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. </p><p>• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. </p><p>• Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients. </p><p>• Prospect and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling. </p><p>• Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contracts. </p><p>• Close deals and ensure successful onboarding of new clients. </p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly. </p><p>• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>·         4-5 in B2B sales with a <strong>successful previous track-record of hitting sales targets</strong></p><p>·         Knowledge of publishing and newspaper software is highly desirable</p><p>·         Hands-on experience working in <strong>software solutions for publishing industry</strong> is a plus</p><p>·         The ideal candidate should thrive in a proactive, <strong>new sales-focused</strong> environment</p><p>·         Proficient level of <strong>English </strong>and<strong> German </strong>is a must.</p><p>·         Willingness to travel across Europe</p><p>·         Team-player who is able to work in a collaborative environment</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Protecmedia</strong> is an international software company specializing in innovative solutions for the publishing industry.
