Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Web Analytics Lead to support our Sales Led Growth team at ID.me. This role sits within our Revenue Operations function in our CRO organization.  As the lead web analyst, you will dig deep into website behavior patterns using GA4, BigQuery, Snowflake and Tableau to understand and optimize business results and the B2B and B2G user experience. To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic, analytical thinker, results and detail oriented, and possess the know-how to help optimize B2B and B2G business performance. You must be a self-starter, have demonstrated ability to influence decision makers with data, be comfortable with change and have a desire to learn new tools and analytics techniques. 

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities for segmentation and site analysis
• Manage measurement design, set up, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testing
• Use experimental design to optimize website and marketing activities as well as new Sales Led Growth initiatives
• Analyze web traffic and site behavior using Google Analytics, BigQuery, Snowflake and Tableau to derive customer and business insights to support business decisions and deliver on the improved website experience
• Deep dive on customer journeys to extract insights on how the website and content is performing
• Maintain and support web data integrity
• Coordinate tagging for new site content and functionality, tracking parameter implementations
• Analyze and structure data in a way that tells a story, communicate findings to cross-functional partners, and recommend the best next steps
• Produce reports in GA and Tableau that are accurate, intuitive, actionable, and ensure reports are distributed on a timely basis
• Perform ad hoc analysis to answer strategic business questions
• Identify opportunities to teach stakeholders basic analytics to educate and empower users

Qualifications

• 3+ years of website analytics experience in a B2B or B2G high-tech company
• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Snowflake and Tableau
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (SQL, Python, R or similar languages)
• Experience calculating test results of A/B Split and Multivariate tests, coming up with hypotheses, and reviewing test charters (ie. critiquing test hypothesis and ensuring methodological rigor and proper configuration)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
