This is a hybrid position located in Columbus Ohio and you will be required to come into the office two days per week.
Role Summary
This Specialist role supports the financial planning and analysis for our Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team. You will play a key role in CRE planning and will contribute significantly to monthly and quarterly financial planning and analysis processes. This role is also responsible for tracking capital projects, fixed asset management, real estate project close outs, and other accounting processes for CRE.

- Preferred Tools & Upskilling: Experience with Hyperion Essbase / Smart View and Power BI is preferred but not required. You'll have opportunities to learn and master new tools, effectively upskilling yourself and contributing to the team's collective growth and expertise.
