Join our team in Western WA, we’re looking for part-time Retail Marketers in or around Spanaway, WA! No experience is needed as we provide a training program, plus additional training in the field to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful.

We’re looking for well-spoken, energetic brand ambassadors to explain Renewal by Andersen products and services to homeowners who are visiting our partnering stores. Our marketing team is made up of top performers that focus on lead generation for the most recognized and industry leading brand on the market. Being a brand ambassador for our team requires the ability to have conversations with ease and keep a positive attitude.

Brand ambassadors travel to and from stores in our service area so reliable transportation is required. In this role, you determine how much money you make. The more leads you generate, the more money you make – all while working part-time. If you’re a hardworking, outgoing professional who loves talking to people while being paid well for your efforts, this may be the right fit for you!

What you’ll be doing – the role:

• Engaging homeowners and building rapport
• Setting up complimentary consultations
• Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and quality goals within system guidelines
• Handling every prospect, customer and co-worker with empathy and world class service
• You’ll be an expert in our products & services to help homeowners in our community who can benefit from them
