In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Sales & Owner Experience teams, contributing to the success and growth of Lucid Motors. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, supporting key decision-makers as they shape the future of electric mobility.

Please note, this is an onsite position out of our Newark, CA office.


You Will:

• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives within the Sales & Owner Experience teams 
• Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required by executives
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Assist with the coordination and execution of events, conferences, and trade shows, representing Lucid Motors in a professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion
• Perform general administrative tasks, including expense tracking, document management, and record keeping

You Bring:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or strategy department
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all work is of high quality
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• A passion for electric vehicles and interest in the automotive industry is a plus
