IT Business Specialist

Nordic Infucare started its journey as an entrepreneurial company with the desire to do things differently. Mats Bergryd founded the business to offer specialized treatments in a home environment, serving patients who suffer from chronic disease. He chose that niche as he, after 20 years in the industry, had identified a gap between what was possible to achieve with smart technology and pharmaceuticals, and the actual result. Mats concluded that there was an opportunity to increase the quality of life or patients with chronic disease by closing the gap, and that it would be good business for the one who succeeded.
Since the start in 2002 we have grown into a company with more than 100 employees. Today we are a part of the Air Liquide group, but the patient’s quality of life still guides all our actions.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? ​

 

Reporting to the head of Digital & IT department, the IT Business Specialist has a main mission to support the organization as technical expert in projects, daily technical work tasks and IT support matters of technical nature.

Supporting the day to day activities within the Digital & IT Department which in this position is to contribute to department and company objectives which can be in various domains within the Digital & IT Area. This to make sure that the department delivers outstanding quality supporting NIC users, domains and projects.

 

• Technical Business specialist in the IT area within the Nordic Organization

• Ensure technical operation and maintenance of Nordicinfu Care IT systems, infrastructure and environments

• Support the local IT Support in performing daily support for end users regarding technical IT issues and requests (Network, PCs, integrations)

• Technical Project support for IT related projects

• Technical advisor within the Nordic Organization

• Main contact for external/internal suppliers in regards to integrations between applications.

• Infrastructure and Network responsible for all Nordic Infucare sites in the Nordic region

• Managing the company hosting environments (server patching, security mitigations) 

Are you a MATCH?

 

• Good overall technical knowledge in domains of network, databases and integrations

• Very good knowledge of databases (SQL)

• Experience of ERP systems and integrations between

• Experience of different business systems (CRM) is a plus

• Very good knowledge in integrations (API, flat file transfer, XML och CSV format)

• Good knowledge in the network area (Switches, Routers, APs ……)

• Language skills: Swedish: fluent in speech and writing

• Language skills: English: Very good knowledge of speech and writing

• Experience in project management is a plus

• Good knowledge in  MS Office package

• Good knowledge in Google Workspace

• Knowledge in X++, is a bonus
