Your team

You’ll be part of the Overlay Portfolio Management team within Managed Account Solutions, based in New York. For over 17 years, we’ve been helping clients improve after-tax returns through customized investment strategies. As part of Portfolio Engineering and Trading, we deliver UBS’s investment capabilities to private clients via stand-alone and multi-asset separately managed accounts.

Your expertise

• ideally 5+ years of related experience in investment management and implementation of high-net-worth portfolios
• understanding of tax implications in portfolio management and the SMA industry
• proficiency in analytical tools such as Bloomberg, Barra, and FactSet
• familiarity with model delivery and Unified Manage Accounts (UMA)
• strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of time-sensitive tasks
• analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• effective communicator, comfortable presenting complex topics to clients and internal stakeholders
• collaborative team player, able to work effectively as part of a diverse team across multiple locations
• degree in finance, business, or a related field; CFA or MBA are a plus
• programming, coding, or AI skills are a plus

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $135000 to $195000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
