We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and People Partner to drive outbound recruitment, streamline hiring processes with AI, and manage full-cycle hiring across multiple departments, including tech and sales. We're a small but mighty seed stage agri-tech business so if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building strong recruitment strategies beyond inbound applications, we’d love to hear from you!

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the hiring process from intake meetings to offer management.
• Outbound Recruitment: Actively source top talent using innovative tools and strategies—no reliance on inbound applications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and structure interview plans in Teamtailor.
• Process Optimisation: Improve recruitment workflows using AI and automation.
• International Hiring: Focus on recruitment in Spain with roles extending across Europe.
• People Operations: Support onboarding with potential to expand into other HR functions.

Experience and requirements necessary to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience in outbound recruiting across multiple functions (tech, sales, ops etc.).
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven hiring tools and recruitment automation.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with European labour markets and hiring trends.
• Fluency in business English.
• Huge bonus points if you have experience recruiting in the agriculture sector (wholesale).

• Fixed salary of €30k - €40k based on location and experience.
