Full-Time Maintenance Technician

The MY PLACE HOTEL, is looking for an experienced Maintenance/Handy man to join our team as our Hotel Maintenance Technician!

Duties Include:

• Work in accordance with Hotel's Brand Standards and in accordance with maintenance guidelines and goals.
• Offer courteous and sincere hospitality at all times.

• Maintain a safe, clean hotel and grounds.
• Preventative maintenance of all rooms and common areas by ensuring all furniture, appliances and electrical equipment such as TV's, refrigerators and light fixtures are in working order.
• Preventative maintenance on all maintenance tools and equipment.
• Maintain exterior landscaping and lawn
• Ensure all repairs meet company standards.
• Assist in the cleanliness of and maintain Hotel's exterior spaces and common areas.

Important Position Requirements:

• Have working knowledge of general repair skills.

• Ability to efficiently multi-task and work under time constraints.
• Be team oriented and be able to take direction.
• Aid in housekeeping and front desk in housekeeping and janitorial duties.
• Must possess the physical ability to perform all duties.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule when necessary.
• Well groomed, practices personal hygiene, adheres to company dress code policy.
