- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of job-related experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain a licensure
- Proficient in Autodesk MEP Revit, Auto CAD, Bluebeam, Outlook, Microsoft Office
- Advanced understanding of all systems and their advantages, disadvantages, costs, and efficiencies
- Lead project interviews for specific projects and possess a skill set to prepare fee proposals and negotiate contracts
- Assist in business development, identifying and developing market opportunities and participating in project interviews for firm wide projects
- Act as Engineer-in-responsible-charge, including making technical decisions in the respective field, reviewing, stamping, and signing Construction Documents
- Schedule project and related workloads and represent Cushing Terrell in project meetings and assist in strategy meetings
- Check drawings and prepare feedback to project team
- Direct activities of workers and consultants engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents
- Manage financial aspects of contracts (billing, fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with client
- Be responsible for executing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws including interviewing and training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining team members, addressing complaints, and resolving Issues
- Provide leadership, communications, training, mentorship, continuous assignments, and feedback to team members
- Be a resource/advisor for continuing education topics/needs
- Take an active role in professional development
- Expected Range*: $65,000 to $130,000 depending on experience
- The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus
