🖌️ Your Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven, team-oriented Senior Customer Care Specialist  to join our Operations team!
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, and therefore manage their requests & expectations during shipments. Your job will be to provide quotes, advise clients on our shipping options, and provide them with relevant information on the status of their transports, with high reactivity and according to Convelio’s standards of excellence. 
It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and agile people who like challenges. Attention to detail and proactivity are key elements in this role, as well as being able to multi-task.
🫶 What your team will look like
More than 180 people from all over the world to work with you & 30+ team mates within the Operations department in Europe, and you’ll report directly to our Operations Team Lead.

💻 What you'll do

• Manage incoming clients requests, including quotes & use of our pricing algorithm.
• Follow the clients shipments and proactively update them on latest evolutions
• Develop your own clients relationships and guarantee Convelio reactivity and level of service
• Communicate with the team’s logistic coordinators to fix together thousands of differents issues every day
• Suggest improvements in operational processes within the Operations team
• Work with the tech team on our current and future (very!) appealing platforms and products

🧑‍🎨 You !

• At least 2 years of shipping experience and client relationship on demanding goods (fine art, robotics, aerospace, medical devices...) is a must
• You are fluent in French and English, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy interacting with premium clients
• You have experience in managing shipments end-to-end
• You have experience in dealing with customer-facing responsibilities
• You have great analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers (you’ll need to be able to handle some quotes for our clients!)


• Nice to have : previous experience working with/for galleries, auction houses, etc.
