Retail Store Manager – Four Seasons 

About the role: 

This role will lead the retail team and curate the customer experience at the new Four Seasons retail store. Ensuring our guests have a smooth shopping and checkout experience. This role will be responsible for keeping all store areas well maintained and the guest experience at the expected level. 

What you will do:  

Customer Service 
Curate guest experience. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers select products that suit their preferences. 

Product Knowledge
Maintain a deep understanding of the product range and brand lifestyle culture. Provide detailed information about the products to customers, answering any questions regarding products or equipment.  

Sales: 
Actively contribute to achieving sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining a high standard of service. Train staff in product knowledge, sales goals and merchandising. 

Store Presentation: 
Create creative merchandising displays. Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. Regularly check stock levels and communicate with the team regarding replenishment needs. 

Cash Handling: 
Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts. Maintain banks and nightly cash drops and closeout reports.
