About the Job: 

The Associate Analyst of Franchising is responsible for managing relationships with franchisees/licensees, including alignment of asset strategies and compliance with brand standards, assisting with capital expenditure tracking, and driving process improvement in Taco Bell CRM tools.  This role interacts directly with franchisees/licensees and their representatives, Taco Bell leadership, cross-functional teams, and external lenders and brokers.  The Associate Analyst of Franchising will report to the Associate Manager of Franchising.

This position is ideal for individuals with high accountability, strong analytical skills, great communication style, a partnership mentality, and comfort turning facts into recommendations.  The individual must be able to influence cross-functional business partners and effectively provide the Franchising point-of-view on complex business issues to team members, franchisees/licensees, and/or senior leadership.  

The Day-to-Day:

•    Partner with sister brands on asset strategy initiatives, including closures, registrations, and sales performance analysis.
•    Collaborate with Taco Bell field teams to identify U.S. new unit and market growth opportunities using market and performance insights.
•    Drive process improvements across cross-functional workflows to increase efficiency and support brand growth.
•    Work with cross-functional partners to ensure franchisee compliance with brand standards.
•    Maintain/extract data from CRM systems to support reporting, pipeline visibility, and decision-making.
•    Present key insights and recommendations from high-profile projects to senior leadership.

Is This You?

•    At least 2 years of experience working in a project management, analyst or administrative role
•    Bachelor’s degree a plus
•    Solid verbal & written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
•    Experience with CRM tools and financial management systems
•    Effective communicator who can present complex findings in a clear and complete manner
•    Ability to problem solve in an independent and cross-functional capacity

Salary Range: ­­$79,700 to $93,600 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
