What You Will Achieve

As the Senior Manager, L&D Program Lead, you will lead the design and execution of strategic learning programs, including enterprise-wide initiatives like the AI Academy. You will collaborate across functions to co-create innovative learning solutions that align with Pfizer’s business goals and talent strategies. This secondment opportunity is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about technology, transformation, and impactful learning experiences.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Lead the design and execution of learning programs supporting AI initiatives across the enterprise.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to co-create solutions aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Co-lead development and leadership solutions with PX and Organizational Development teams.

  • Partner with business leaders, PX, and L&D to develop innovative learning strategies.

  • Manage complex projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

  • Design and facilitate impactful learning experiences in both in-person and digital formats.

  • Develop BU-specific programs when enterprise solutions do not meet unique needs.

  • Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness, continuously improving based on feedback and data.

  • Maintain strong relationships with business leaders and functional leadership to support cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with 5+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in change management, PMO, or transformation leadership roles.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and consultative discussions.

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and excellent time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Proven ability to develop bold strategies (Courage), foster a growth mindset (Equity), collaborate in matrix environments (Joy), and drive talent development (Excellence).

  • Ability to lead informally, empower teams, and provide feedback.

  • Strong decision-making skills and executive presence.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with industry-standard change management methodologies and Pfizer’s framework.

  • Demonstrated change agility and ability to lead others through ambiguity.

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, data governance, and AI enablement.

  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Enterprise mindset with ability to think and act across functions and divisions.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

May require standing for several hours during program facilitation.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Up to 25% domestic travel (US / NA) required

  • Align mostly with US EST working hours
