Join Adobe as a Program Manager and play a pivotal role in our Developer Platforms organization, where innovation meets excellence. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a world-class team and lead programs that craft the future of technology at Adobe. We are seeking an exceptionally driven, creative and hardworking Program Manager to bring diverse groups together, establish and achieve program goals, and facilitate effective communication with partners and executive leadership, along side an exceptional program management team!

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate within and across teams to align efforts to desired business goals.
  • Develop templates and provide updates for quarterly-based delivery roadmaps.
  • Work with teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program success.
  • Build, customize, and own the communication and translation of technical achievements and strategy into business goals and critical metrics.
  • Manage a central repository for all updates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with program management partners and leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Promote transparency across the organization and communicate program status.

What you need to succeed

  • 5 years of relevant technical program management experience.
  • Experience in Compliance and Security is a plus.
  • Strong SharePoint and PowerPoint skills.
  • Keen ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve gaps and areas of concern.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to win people over.
  • Technical background that allows for active and efficient understanding of technical goals and business outputs.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to remain collected in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Must be meticulously organized and exceptionally focused and detailed in your work.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,300 -- $228,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
